Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
This page contains answers to common questions handled by our support staff, along with some tips and tricks that we have found useful and presented here as questions.
Note: In these answers we will follow a few shorthand conventions for describing user-interface procedures. Key combinations will be presented like this: Ctrl+Alt+Delete, which means that you should press and hold down the Control key, the Alt key, and the Delete key at the same time. Menu selections will be presented like this: File->Open, which means that you should open the File menu, and then make the Open selection.
There are four ways that BDA can be installed:
1. Just insert the BDA disk (wait about 1 minute for auto start to begin) and the program will self install. Follow the onscreen instructions with give you control over the installation.
2. Using Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) you can go to the CD ROM drive where the BDA disk is installed. Double click on DBAsetup.exe and this will start the installation process.
3. Using Start (bottom left of your screen) Start> RUN and then type D: setup.exe. Where D: is your CD ROM drive. This will start the installation process.
4. Go to Start (bottom left of your screen) Start> Settings>Control Panel> Add/Remove New Programs > Install and type in or click on BDAsetup.exe

1. Copy the sample file from the CD to the Windows "My Documents" folder. This is the normal default file when saving your BDA files.
