This is a great spot to see Soda Lake.  It provides a 360 degree unobstructed view of the area.  It is not a very long trail (if you could call it  a trail at all). It does have a good elevation change if you are not in shape.  The trail goes up to a bench for the first view of the lake and continues up to the right for a higher look. Both locations have interpretative signs

Trail Length   - The trail is only 1/4 mile (if that) long with an elevation gain of about 100 feet.


Trail Head
The overlook is about  12  miles down Soda Lake Road or about  1.9 miles from the National Monument sign.
